More than a finished picture

The process is where
the growth happens.

A drawing begins with looking. A new material begins with a little curiosity. An idea becomes stronger when there’s time to try, adjust and try again.

Our classes combine clear skill instruction with meaningful student choice. Artists learn strategies, explore possibilities and make decisions about their own work.

Thoughtful teaching. Personal work.

Every artist brings
something different.

Some students arrive full of ideas. Others need a first step, a small choice or reassurance that a mark doesn’t have to be perfect. Lessons offer structure and support while leaving room for different ways of making.
